What you will be doing
- Delivering a consistently good guest experience
- Maintaining standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service
- Handling bookings, requests, and issues promptly
- Working with the wider team through busy periods

- Experience in hospitality, travel, or another service environment
- Flexibility on hours, including evenings and weekends where required
- A warm, professional manner with guests
- Around 1 years of relevant experience is expected, though we look at the whole application.
